Chances are, that if you haven’t heard the word meme, you’ve either been pronouncing it wrong, or you’ve been exposed to several examples, but never new what to call it.
A meme (pronounced like TEAM) is a short grouping of words or phrases, and possibly an image that reflects exactly what your business does, and what makes you different from your competitors.
“Fly the Friendly Skies”
“Have It Your Way”
“They’re GRREEEAATTT”
A meme is something that penetrates your brain, burrows in, and finds a home for the next couple decades or so.
Can you recall a time where a slogan popped in your head, and you immediately knew what the advertisement was for without needing any additional hints or clues?
That is a meme.
They posses the ability to stick with a consumer, repeat themselves over and over again, and eventually lead to consistent sales and viral branding.
